Since 1997, we have been actively involved in the manufacturing of various types of pallets, boxes, and crates under the name of Hoong Yap Enterprise Sdn.Bhd. at our Sri Gombak, Batu Caves.
Due to the restructuring of Hoong Yap Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., we have set up our own company which is known as Hoong Yap Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. to continue with the manufacturing of pallets, boxes, and crates.
At the same time, we have also set up our Associate Companies namely HYE ENTERPRISE Sdn. Bhd. and Hoong Yap Timber Sdn. Bhd. , respectively.
As for Hoong Yap Timber Sdn. Bhd. , it actively involved in the sales and marketing of various types of timbers and plywood to the manufacturing sector for wooden products as well as the Construction Industry.
Currently, we have a team of experienced Management and Production staff to carry out our business activities. In addition, we have been receiving good rapport and support from our valued customers and suppliers as well as from financial institutions. With all these strong and valuable relationships, we sincerely believe that it will help us to expand our business from time to time.
- Licensed sawmill, located in Keninggau District of Sabah, 32 acres.
- Supply of local tropical sawn timber and imported Pinewood.
- Manufacturing of wooden packaging materials (WPM) include all kinds of tailored made wooden pallet or skid, wooden crate or case, OSB or plywood pallet and box, imported pinewood pallet and crate, heavy machinery base skid and box and etc.
- Packaging services include timber frame works, plastic sheet cover, VCI pack, and aluminium vacuum pack etc.
- Supply of building materials.
Our WPM plant, located in Batu Caves include the following facilities and team of trained people:
- Sheltered plant and warehouse located on a 6-acres land.
- Management team with over 30 years of experience in timber and wooden packaging materials.
- Sales team that ready to provide services to ensure timing delivery of supply and fulfill of clients’ requirements.
- Design team with AutoCAD facilities to help client setting up clear drawing specification, and indication of how every timber component being assembled.
- Operation machinery and workforce with capacity to produce over 1,500 pallets per day.
- Heat treatment facility for compliance of ISPM 15 requirement.
- Quality Control workforce on QS system.
- Transport vehicles that ranged from 3.0 ton -20.0 ton, and regular associated transporters with fully covered containers with side curtains for long-haul delivery.
- A warehouse system with a labeling that could back to raw timber supply source. A computer database system to keep every client product specification and drawing.
- A very good and very long term relationship with all suppliers.

- IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) ISPM 15 approved vendor.
- Malaysian Timber Exporter Associated Member and Sabah Timber Exporter Associated Member.
